1. Introduction
At Vorgyronklix, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This Return Policy outlines the conditions under which you may return products purchased from our website vorgyronklix.world and receive a refund or exchange.

3. Conditions for Returns
3.1 General Requirements
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The product must be returned within the applicable return period
- The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
- The product must not be damaged (except for damage resulting from our shipment)
- You must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
3.2 Products That Cannot Be Returned
For health and hygiene reasons, the following products cannot be returned once opened:
- Dietary supplements with broken seals
- Products that have been opened or partially used
- Products with damaged packaging that compromises hygiene or safety
4. Extended Return Period
In addition to the statutory 14-day withdrawal period, we offer an extended return period of 30 days from the date of delivery for unopened products in their original packaging. This extended period is offered as a goodwill gesture and does not affect your statutory rights.
5. Return Procedure
5.1 Step-by-Step Process
- Contact Us: Email us at question@vorgyronklix.world with your order number and reason for return
- Receive Authorization: We will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization number
- Pack the Product: Securely pack the product in its original packaging if possible
- Ship the Return: Send the product to the address provided in the return instructions
- Processing: We will inspect the returned product and process your refund
5.2 Return Shipping
For returns under the statutory 14-day withdrawal right, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods unless we have expressly agreed to bear them or we failed to inform you that you must bear them.
For defective products or products shipped in error, we will cover the return shipping costs.
6. Refunds
6.1 Refund Amount
If you withdraw from the contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of standard delivery (but not any additional delivery costs if you chose a delivery option other than the least expensive standard delivery we offer).
6.2 Refund Timeline
We will make the reimbursement without undue delay and no later than:
- 14 days from the day on which we receive the returned goods, or
- 14 days from the day you provide evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier
6.3 Refund Method
We will use the same means of payment you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
6.4 Deduction for Diminished Value
We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of the goods if the loss resulted from unnecessary handling by you. This does not apply if we failed to inform you of your right of withdrawal.
7. Defective Products
7.1 Your Rights for Defective Goods
If you receive a defective product, you have additional rights under Swedish and EU consumer law. A product is considered defective if it:
- Does not match the description provided
- Is damaged upon arrival
- Does not function as reasonably expected
- Has manufacturing defects
7.2 Remedies for Defective Products
For defective products, you may be entitled to:

- A price reduction proportionate to the defect

8. Wrong or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged:

- Keep all packaging materials

10. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange a product for a different item, please follow the return procedure and place a new order for the desired product. Refunds will be processed once we receive the returned item.

11.2 After Dispatch
Once an order has been dispatched, you will need to wait to receive it and then follow the return procedure outlined above.

This Return Policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under Swedish law or EU consumer protection directives. If any provision of this policy is less favorable than your statutory rights, your statutory rights will prevail.
